Welcome to Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Papumpare District
This Kendra is located along road side (NH-52A) between Banderdewa (Entry Check gate) and Itanagar
(State Capital) in the sprawling land area of 20 Ha Hectares at Karsingsa. At present KVK Papum Pare,
Karsingsa is demarcated and protected with boundary wall measuring 1,750 r.m., centrally located
administrative building, Horticulture Demo Unit and poultry Demo Unit and Fodder Demo unit in addition
to experimental plots in field condition.
With the limited resources and infra-structures, this Kendra
has been striving hard in group dynamics for mobilizing the farmer groups, analyzing their training
needs (TNA) and disseminating the technology for capacity building of the farming community through
training, field demonstration and exposure visits ....
